Made appointment with towing service, and on the day, they were there by 1 o'clock, check in hand. They do the paperwork for you as well, but you do need to have your title and keys to give. Would use them again without reservation."

"TLDR; they gave me the best service and the best price out of the 10+ companies I called by a long shot. I spent an entire day babysitting my car in a 2 hour parking spot after my transmission failed calling places trying to find someone to give me ANYTHING other than a free tow for my beloved car. 1) They were immediately the most friendly and engaging people I talked to 2) They gave me the best offer for my non-driving car, and their offers are guaranteed. 3) I didnt have the title yet because I registered it a month ago, so they worked out a deal with me to tow the car for me for free w the registration in my name, take on the cost of storing it, and when I mail them the title they will pay me for the car. 4) After arranging a miraculous same-day tow, the lovely Catherine has texted me a few times (but none too many!) to check in about the title and how the towing went. They made me feel cared about, they kept tabs on me and the people I talked to (Joshua and Catherine) kept each other up to date so I Never repeated myself, and they both gave me lines to reach them directly in case I needed anything. They were my light at the end of the tunnel when my first car crapped out on me."

"Super easy process and great customer service! I worked with Alyssa - she was able to give an offer right away. I didn’t have the car title in hand at the time and she informed me that they’d try and hold the offer until I got the right paperwork. I had to leave town to take care of a family emergency for about a month and didn’t have time to follow up with that, I contacted Alyssa again afterwards to see if the offer was still available...it was maybe like $30 less than the initial offer but that was fine with me. I had a beat up 2007 Camry that’s been stored in the garage ($95/mo rent) for nearly 2 years, the body was pretty damaged, still ran but there was a gear problem (manual transmission)- it was also hard to sell an old stick shift camry in a city with a bunch of hills so these guys really saved me all the hassle. I got a little over $700. I contacted other similar companies online and this one was the most responsive and helpful. Our main communication was through text and phone calls. I accepted the offer on a Friday, they told me what how to fill out the title transfer, tow guy came Monday with a check as promised, he left with the car, check cleared and we were good to go.
